CONSTRUCTION | DESIGN & BUILD

What is Design & Build and how is this different to traditional building contracts?

Under a D&B contract the Contractor takes full responsibility for the design of the project incorporating this within their agreement to the client. Under a traditional contract the client will appoint their own architect and therefore the design responsibility, and with it risk, lies with the client and design team, not the contractor. Design & Build is an increasingly popular option for domestic client as it provides a complete turn key service by keeping design & construction under a single appointment saving the client time and money.

CONSTRUCTION | EXTENSION

With interest rates continuing to soar there has never been a better time to batten down the hatches and extending your current property to add value and create additional living spaces.

CONSTRUCTION | CONVERSION

A conversion remains the most cost-effective way to add space and value to an existing property, whether that be by adding a bedroom in the loft or converting the garage into a habitable space.

A conversion can often be quite intrusive as it usually involves working on a family home. At Trinity we have a dedicated in-house team of professional trades people who work solely on projects where the client will remain on site for the duration of the build. The ‘Occupied Property’ team as we call them, are experts in managing difficult logistical issues that come hand in hand with this type of build, and have measures in place to manage health & safety and client relations throughout.

CONSTRUCTION | ALTERATIONS & REMODELLING

The rise of open plan living has paved the way for a surge in minor remodelling and alteration works to existing homes to create larger kitchen/ dining areas allowing families to spend more time together.

At Trinity we are experts in these type of minor works and by working closely with our trusted structural engineers we can help find the best solution to help maximise your existing space.
